At LA Fresh Diet Delivery we are committed to quality, convenience and value.
LA Fresh Diet Delivery delivers freshly prepared meals to your home or office
everyday by 5AM.
Our executive chef sets the daily menu with gourmet meals designed to deliver
optimum health. When you sign up you indicate your height, weight, age and
exercise level along with any food allergies and food dislikes. Our chefs will make
the necessary adjustments to cater to your needs . We suggest that you limit
yourself to no more than (6) six food dislikes. Our chefs adhere to a delicate
balance of 40% carbohydrates, 30% proteins and 30% favorable fats and too
many omissions defeat the effectiveness and enjoyment of the program.
Our meals come in a special insulated cooler bag stuffed with ice packs to assure
freshness. All meals are fully cooked and just need to be heated in a microwave.
Lunches are designed to be eaten cold for convenience.
Our delivery person will leave the cooler wherever you designate, ie...front door,
side porch etc... At the end of your day, leave the ice packs and cooler bags in
the same area and our delivery person will pick up the empties when delivering
the fresh meals.
